Mr. Dela Gomado is the lead consultant, he holds an MBA from the London Metropolitan University..
He is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants – Burford House in London (IFA- London) and has over 22 years’ experience in the financial and Apparel Sectors.
He founded the Soul Business Systems in 2008 which went on to raise capital for Lemdor Group and WAXONE Garment Export Limited. He collaborated with the USAID-West African Trade Hub to undertake training for Dignity Industries Limited, Rim Artex Limited and Maagrace Garments Industries Limited, with Funding from the Business Development Services (BDS Fund).
The success of this training programme catapulted the factories into export readiness, having transformed their factories and expanded their capacity.
He co-founded the West African Garments Group in 2012 and continued with training and capacity building of garment factories in Ghana, Benin and Nigeria.
In 2014 he led a team of expatriate trainers drawn from a network of Factories in Malaysia, Philippines, Madagascar, India and Sri Lanka (flying squad) to undertake two Landmark training programmes.
1. Unijay Ltd (Kumasi) A total of 400 workers were trained, the factory upscaled its operations by 400%, producing uniforms for over 100 schools and factories nationwide.
2. Dignity DTRT Limited (Accra) – A total of 1500 workers were trained, establishing the factory as the largest single employer and Apparel Exporter in the West African Sub-region. He was signed on by Dignity DTRT Ltd in 2014 as a consultant and Chief Financial Officer to steer its developmental Agenda to become a world class factory and a major employer in the Industry. By 2018, Dignity DTRT employed 3000 workers, shipping constantly on a weekly basis to USA
Mr Darmadeo Bachoo is the technical Director of the company. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer and has been with the Apparel Manufacturing industry since 1982. He has had training for factories in Mauritius, South Africa, Malawi, Nigeria, Benin and Ghana. He was the Team Leader for the “Flying squad” under the USAID-West Africa Trade Hub Team of trainers who were engaged to train Apparel Manufacturing companies in Ghana between 2012 and 2013. He was also a co-founder of the West African Garments Group (WAGG) that trained to establish factories such as UNIJAY and Dignity DTRT Limited.
Emefa Fiadzenu is a product of the Accra Technical University with a Bachelor of Technology in Fashion Design and Textiles. She is also a trained Quality manager and she had professional training in workplace improvement with KAIZEN (JAPAN), Competency based training with COTVET and Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprise (SCORE). Before Joining DEL GH GLOBAL CONSULT. She had been with the Team of trainers to train Quality Controllers at Sleek Garments Exports LTD.
