Del Gh Global Consult, having brought the rich expertise of its directors to the fore has undertaken a number of key projects and programs through its tailored human and financial capacity building programs.

It has assisted companies like, Unijay, Kad manufacturing and Magrace Garment Industries Limited to obtain funding under the Government of Ghana’s flagship programme – 1D1F

Proposals to the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) triggered a collaboration with Unijay Ltd , Where we are training 400 workers to help a smooth implementation of its IDIF project.

With the support from the Skill Development Fund (SDF), we undertook a training program for Maagrace Garment Industries Limited in 2020, where 400 workers were trained.

The Factory has been well portioned, scaled up and has partnered with a well-established international sourcing brand and are now producing and exporting consistently to service the international market

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Del Gh Global Consult was on hand to offer technical direction to key Garment factories to produce PPE’s for the Government of Ghana and to Hospitals, to fight the pandemic.

We have also facilitated and participated in some key workshops and programs. Prominent among them are the African Growth and Opportunities Act (AGOA) implementation strategy by USAID, the National Export Development Strategy (NEDS), the Curriculum Standardization program (TVET) for Textile and Apparel sector and the Apparel Development strategy by the BUSAC fund.

The Main Line Apparel manufacturing Industry is fairly new in Ghana, all institutions in Ghana are used to the Fashion design and Be-spoke tailoring, and so do our individual factories too.

Del Gh Global Consult has therefore come to fill that vacuum. We are influencing the apparel sector to transform and take advantage of the multi-billion dollar Global Market to rake in the needed foreign exchange and catapult a massive employment regime that the industry has to offer.

Del Gh Global Consult is enriched with human capital and physical resources. Apart from the Directors of the company, Who altogether has a cumulative years of 70 years of industry practice we have a technical staff of 8 consultants who are experts in the various departments within the Apparel Manufacturing Industry.

We also draw from a pool of experts in factories and Technical training institutors in Ghana, Mauritius, South Africa, Nigeria, Philippines, Madagascar, China and Sri Lanka. We have a well-equipped Training Centre and office in Accra with the necessary facilities to facilitate training, business development and capacity building.
